If you want the widest sweep of the Valdebebas Esses rather than a tighter focus on the Turn 17 braking point itself, Bronze 15 offers more track in view, though it carries a Bronze rather than Silver tier designation. Silver 13 is another recognised overtaking zone stand, positioned at Turn 13 where cars decelerate from 300 km/h to 140 km/h, and that stand is also mostly shaded, which is worth noting if sun exposure is a concern for you.
