MotoGP Calendar 2026

The 2026 MotoGP season runs to 22 Grands Prix across 19 countries, opening in Buriram, Thailand on 27 February and finishing in Valencia on 27-29 November. 11 rounds have been run so far. Brazil returns for the first time in 22 years, Hungary’s Balaton Park makes its debut, and the Qatar night race was moved from April to 6-8 November due to the conflict in the Middle East. Every round includes a Saturday sprint, and 2026 is the final season of the 1000cc era before the 850cc rules arrive in 2027.

Why did the Qatar MotoGP move to November?
The Qatar Grand Prix was originally scheduled for 10-12 April 2026 but was postponed to 6-8 November due to the conflict in the Middle East. The Portuguese Grand Prix and the Valencia finale each moved one week later as a result.
What's new on the 2026 MotoGP calendar?
Brazil returns for the first time in 22 years at the Ayrton Senna Circuit in Goiânia, Hungary's Balaton Park hosts its first MotoGP weekend, and Argentina drops off the calendar ahead of a planned Buenos Aires return in 2027. Every round includes a Saturday sprint race.
